Terms and Conditions for Ticket Sales

Effective Date: 6 June 2025

At Tousi Events, we are committed to providing high-quality events and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing tickets to the New Media Conference (NMC) 2025.

Refund Eligibility

  • All ticket sales are considered final.

  • Refund requests will only be considered under the following circumstances:

    • If the event is cancelled by Tousi Events.

    • If the event is rescheduled, and you are unable to attend the new date.

    • In cases of duplicate ticket purchase, provided evidence is submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Change of personal plans or circumstances (e.g. scheduling conflicts, travel disruptions, or illness).

  • Failure to attend the event on the day.

  • Tickets purchased at discounted or promotional rates unless otherwise stated.

Refund Request Procedure

  • All eligible refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to team@tousi.tv

  • Please include your full name, order number, and the reason for your request.

  • Refund requests will be processed within 10 working days if approved.

  • Refunds, where granted, will be made via the original payment method only.

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

  • In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling by Tousi Events, ticket holders will be notified via email as soon as reasonably possible.

  • Ticket holders will be offered either a full refund or a transfer to the rescheduled date at no additional charge.

Ticket Transfers

  • Name transfers are permitted up to 7 days before the event.

  • To request a name change, email team@tousi.tv with your order number and the full name and email address of the new attendee.
