These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of tickets for the New Media Conference (NMC) 2025 hosted by Tousi Events. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by the following:

1. Ticket Purchase

• All tickets must be purchased through the official Tousi Events website or authorised partners.

• Upon purchase, you will receive an electronic confirmation via email. This confirmation serves as your proof of entry.

2. Entry Requirements

• You must present a valid printed or e-ticket and matching identification to gain entry to the venue.

• Tousi Events reserves the right to refuse entry for reasons including, but not limited to, breach of terms, inappropriate conduct, or safety concerns.

3. Event Changes

• Tousi Events reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule, venue, speakers, and content where necessary.

• Such changes will not qualify for a refund unless materially altering the nature of the event.

4. Behaviour and Conduct

• Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards others.

• Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.

5. Photography and Filming

• The event may be recorded or photographed. By attending, you consent to the use of your image in event marketing, promotional content, and future Tousi TV productions.

• Personal photography and video are permitted unless otherwise indicated. Professional filming or broadcasting requires written consent from Tousi Events.

6. Liability

• Tousi Events is not liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or expenses incurred by attendees at the event, except where required by law.

• Attendees are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and any associated costs.

7. Force Majeure

• Tousi Events shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in fulfilling event obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, government regulations, or venue unavailability.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
