1. Introduction
This Event Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions for individuals (“Attendees”) registering for and participating in the Tousi TV Events (the “Event”), organised by Tousi TV Events (“Organiser”).
By registering for the Event, the Attendee agrees to comply with the terms set forth in this Agreement.
2. Registration and Payment
- All Attendees must register via the official website or authorised ticketing partners.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed.
- Ticket prices, if applicable, are non-refundable except under the conditions outlined in this Agreement.
- Tickets are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly authorised in writing by the Organiser.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the Event for any reason, including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. In such cases, registered Attendees will be entitled to a full or partial refund.
- If an Attendee cancels their registration:
- 30+ days before the event: 75% refund
- 15–29 days before the event: 50% refund
- 14 days or fewer: No refund
- All cancellations must be made in writing to: events@tousitv.com
4. Event Changes
The Organiser reserves the right to:
- Change the event date, time, venue, schedule, speakers, or content without prior notice.
- Substitute speakers or session formats as necessary to maintain the quality and continuity of the Event.
5. Code of Conduct
Attendees must:
- Act respectfully towards all other attendees, staff, speakers, and exhibitors.
- Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour.
- Follow all instructions given by event staff for safety, security, and operational purposes.
The Organiser reserves the right to remove any Attendee violating this Code of Conduct without refund.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
By registering, Attendees agree that their personal data may be collected, processed and stored for the purposes of event management in accordance with UK GDPR.
- Personal data may be shared with authorised third parties only for event-related purposes (e.g., ticketing, security, communication).
- Attendees may opt-in to receive marketing or partner communications; such consent can be withdrawn at any time.

7. Photography, Filming and Media Release
- The Event will be recorded (audio/video/photography) for promotional, archival, and commercial purposes.
- By attending, you grant the Organiser the irrevocable right to use your likeness, voice, or image captured at the Event without compensation, in all media formats.
If you do not wish to appear in recordings, please notify us in advance via email or inform event staff upon arrival.
8. Liability
- The Organiser is not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft or damage to personal belongings during the Event.
- Attendees participate at their own risk and are responsible for securing their own insurance cover as needed.
- Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
9. Accessibility and Special Requirements
Tousi TV Events is committed to providing an accessible and inclusive experience for all attendees. Please notify us in advance if you have any specific access, dietary or support requirements.
